• Aggregate, non-identifying usage data — such as page views, referring site, browser type, and visitor country — via privacy-first analytics (see the Cookies and Analytics section). This is not linked to you as an individual.
• A small number of strictly necessary cookies used for basic site functionality (see the Cookies and Analytics section).

We do not collect sensitive personal data (health records, financial account numbers, etc.) through this website. Any such data handled during a client project is governed by a separate project agreement or NDA, not this policy.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not send marketing newsletters; emails you receive from us relate to inquiries you have made or services you have engaged us to deliver.

For visitors in the EU, EEA, or UK, and where otherwise applicable, we process personal data on the basis of:

• Performance of a contract — client engagements.

• Service providers that help us operate our business — for example our website and email host (Hostinger), our analytics provider (Cloudflare), and our form-handling provider (Formspree, which receives contact and careers form submissions and delivers them to us by email). Each processes data only on our behalf and has its own privacy policy.
• Payment processors (Payoneer, Stripe, PayPal, HyperPay, JazzCash, EasyPaisa) when processing payments. These providers have their own privacy policies.
• Legal authorities, if required by law, or where necessary to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.

We do not share client or visitor data with third parties for marketing purposes.

5. Cookies and Analytics

We keep tracking on this website to a minimum.

• Strictly necessary cookies: a small number of cookies needed for the site to function and stay secure. These do not require consent.
• Cloudflare Web Analytics (Cloudflare, Inc.): we use this to measure traffic in aggregate — page views, referring sites, browser type, and visitor country. It is privacy-first: it sets no cookies, stores nothing on your device, and does not collect personal data or fingerprint your browser. Because no personal data or non-essential cookies are involved, no cookie-consent banner is required.

We do not use advertising cookies, third-party marketing pixels, or cross-site trackers. You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings; blocking strictly necessary cookies may affect site functionality.

6. Data Retention

We retain personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes in this policy:

• Contact inquiries and related correspondence: up to 24 months after our last contact, unless the inquiry becomes a client engagement.
• Client project records: for the duration of the engagement and afterwards as set out in the project agreement.
• Financial, tax, and IT-export documentation: for the retention period required by Pakistani law, generally at least 6 years.

When information is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.

As we serve clients across Pakistan, Norway, Saudi Arabia, the UAE, and the USA — and because some of our service providers (such as Formspree and Cloudflare) are based in the United States — your information may be processed outside your country of residence, including outside the EU and EEA. Where we transfer personal data of individuals in the EU, EEA, or UK to a country without an adequacy decision, we rely on appropriate safeguards — principally the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses, together with the UK Addendum where relevant — and additional technical and organizational measures. 10. Automated Decision-Making

We do not make decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects about you based solely on automated processing, and we do not carry out profiling of website visitors.

11. Children's Privacy

Our services are not directed at individuals under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
