Terms of Service
The terms that govern your use of the Rixon Solutions website.
Last updated: September 7, 2026
1. About Rixon Solutions
Rixon Solutions (SMC-Private) Limited is a PSEB-registered and SECP-registered IT export company based in Sialkot, Pakistan, providing custom software development, mobile app development, AI integration, automation, and related IT consulting services.
These Terms cover use of this website only. Client engagements are governed separately by the signed proposal or contract for that work, and nothing on this website varies a signed agreement.
2. Services
Specific project scope, deliverables, timelines, and pricing for any engagement are defined in a separate written proposal, statement of work, or contract signed between Rixon Solutions and the client. These Terms apply generally to website use and act as a baseline; where a signed client agreement conflicts with these Terms, the signed agreement governs.
3. Use of Our Website
By using this website you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and, where you act for an organization, that you are authorized to accept these Terms on its behalf.
You agree not to:
- Use the website for unlawful purposes.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems.
- Copy, reproduce, or misuse content from this website without permission.
4. Prohibited Conduct
In addition to the section above, you agree not to: probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of our systems; scrape, harvest, or systematically extract content from this website, including for the purpose of training machine-learning or AI models, except as expressly permitted in writing; interfere with or disrupt the site's normal operation; misrepresent your identity; or upload malicious code. Automated access must comply with any directives we publish in our /robots.txt file.
5. Website Enquiries Do Not Create a Client Relationship
Submitting our contact form, requesting a quote, or otherwise messaging us through this website does not create a client relationship and does not obligate either party to enter one. No estimate, timeline, or price discussed via the website or informal channels is binding. A client relationship, and any binding scope, price, or timeline, exists only once a written proposal or contract is signed by both parties.
6. Intellectual Property
Website content: all content on rixonsolutions.com — text, graphics, logo, and design — is owned by Rixon Solutions unless otherwise stated, and may not be reproduced without written permission.
Client project IP: ownership of code, designs, and deliverables produced during a client engagement is governed by the specific project contract. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, full IP ownership of custom deliverables transfers to the client upon final payment.
7. Submissions and Feedback
If you send us feedback, ideas, or suggestions through this website — for example via the contact form — you do so on a non-confidential basis. We may use such feedback without restriction or compensation to you, and are under no obligation to keep it confidential; we may already be working on something similar. For anything confidential or proprietary, use a signed NDA instead of the website contact form.
8. Case Studies and Metrics
Case studies, results, and figures published on this website describe outcomes achieved in specific client engagements under specific circumstances. They are illustrative and are not a guarantee or prediction of results for any other project. Where a figure is anonymized or approximate, it should be treated as such.
9. Payments
- Payment terms — schedule, currency, and method — are defined per project in the signed agreement.
- We accept payments via Payoneer, Stripe, PayPal, HyperPay, JazzCash, and EasyPaisa, depending on client location and preference.
- Late payments may result in pausing of project work until resolved.
10. Confidentiality
We treat client project information as confidential and are willing to sign NDAs prior to detailed technical discussions. Case studies and portfolio references on this website are anonymized or shared only with prior client permission.
11. No Professional Advice
Content on this website — including blog posts, guides, and technical write-ups — is provided for general information only. It is not legal, financial, tax, or other professional advice and should not be relied on as a substitute for advice from a qualified professional familiar with your situation.
12. Third-Party Links
This website may link to third-party websites, tools, or resources that we do not control. We provide these links for convenience only; a link is not an endorsement, and we are not responsible for the content, products, or practices of any third-party site. Accessing third-party sites is at your own risk and subject to their terms and policies.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Rixon Solutions and its directors, employees, and contractors from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of your misuse of this website, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party right. This clause does not apply to client project work, which is governed by the relevant signed contract.
14. Limitation of Liability
Rixon Solutions provides services on an "as-is" basis. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our website or services. Our total liability for any project is limited to the fees paid for that specific engagement, unless otherwise stated in a signed contract. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
15. Warranties
Any warranty on delivered work — for example a bug-fix period post-launch — is defined per project in the signed agreement, not by these general Terms.
16. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our website for users who violate these Terms. Termination of an active client project is governed by the terms of the specific project contract.
17. Force Majeure
We are not liable for any delay or failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, civil unrest, government action, epidemics, power or internet outages, or failures of third-party infrastructure or payment providers. Force majeure terms for a specific engagement, if any, are set out in its signed contract.
18. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Sialkot, Pakistan, unless otherwise specified in a signed client contract.
19. General
- Severability: if any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in full effect.
- Entire agreement: these Terms are the entire agreement between you and Rixon Solutions regarding use of this website and supersede any prior understandings on that subject. Signed client contracts remain separate and prevail for the work they cover.
- No waiver: our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of our right to enforce it later.
- Assignment: you may not assign or transfer your rights under these Terms without our written consent. We may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, or transfer of assets.
20. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
